CNC-AC Aims to Improve Diversity and Reduce Health Care Disparities by:

  • Convening a Diversity Committee to identify issues and recommend solutions, and developing a Diversity and Inclusion Toolkit to enhance the professional journey toward health equity.
  • Partnering with statewide nursing associations to support the mutual goals of improving diversity in the nursing workforce and reducing health care disparities. CNC-AC supports the Northern CT Black Nurses' Mentoring Program.
