Workforce Data

Nursing workforce data infrastructure is key for directing nursing education and workforce planning, and policy making.

CNC-AC is collaborating with statewide partners to:
  • Implement a sustainable data management system for nursing workforce data in collaboration with the Connecticut Department of Public Health, the CT Department of Labor, the CT Center for Nursing Workforce, and the University of Connecticut School of Nursing.

July 2016: CT DOL is currently analyzing statewide nursing workforce supply data in combination with the NCSBN/FORUM Nursing Workforce Centers minimum data set and 2015 NCSBN Sample Survey data set. Results pending.
